We understand that you usually have a limited time to complete an inspection, and we do everything we can to accommodate you. Inspections are scheduled for your convenience, and we encourage your presence at the inspection. Our written reports are typically completed within 2 to 3 days.

The inspection fee is determined by the size, age, value, location, and service level you request. Our fees are typically not the lowest, but you will find that Criterium-McCafferty Engineers offers you the best value for a quality inspection.
